Cancellation Before Activation: Subscriptions or purchases canceled before the activation or first use will receive a full refund with no additional fees.
Partial Refunds for Early Cancellations: If the service is canceled midway through a subscription term, customers may receive a prorated refund for the unused portion, subject to the policy terms.
No Refund for Misuse: Refunds will not be provided for issues caused by customer misuse, including improper setup, unapproved third-party integrations, or tampering with software settings.
Disputed Ratings Resolution: In case of disputes regarding the accuracy of the ratings or reviews, Bazat.ai will investigate thoroughly and, if the issue is valid, offer compensation such as additional subscription time or discounts.
Refund Method and Timelines: In case of any refunds approved by Bazat.ai, it will take 6 working days for the refund to be processed to you. Then the refund amount will be credited to your bank account within 6 working days.
